please could any owners please contact me directly asap as me and other investors are forming a owners group at Aphrodite. We are tackling issues we have with evergreen or our village as a whole.

I wish to send a letter to owners once a month with an update including any points anyone has or issues we need to put forward and list the good things that are going on at Aphrodite beach front.

We own two apartments here and were first to buy.

Please feel free to call or email asap as we need to get us all together for the letter update.

Best Regards

Lorraine

Have you been down to the development in the last week or so? How is it progressing? Do you feel it will be completely finished by 19 May

BarbnBob....from what I've heard it's a nice development....but Permission to Purchase may be a major issue!

Hi.I'm a northener myself originated from the Morhou Bay area and i do not call it 'Guzzelyurt"as when the British gave Cyprus its Independance on the Map the name Guzzelhurt was not excisting so as the name Kirne ,Lapta etc.I hope this deelopment is not build on my land as i'm a British Citizen and i was living in England when Turkey decided to occupied illigally by abusing its rights as 'Quarantor".I was working in the UK at the time as so many thousands of Cypriot origin with British Nasionality.I see in the occupied part a lot of British are engaraged to buy air because that is what they buy .Please put yourselves in my place .I have the original Tittle Deeds from 1960 and can you imagine how i feel that someone else lives in my property? What chances would another Engish or European person have to win a case in Court if it came to that.My advice is think twice before you make any moves for 'Investment" this is a dissaster.Thnk you for listening
