I am flying out to TRNC on the 10th September with my son; my wife is following in a couple of weeks, once I have arranged some furniture for our house in Lapta.



Whilst the flight is arranged, I haven’t yet sorted interim accommodation for a couple of weeks; basically somewhere to sleep.



I think you’re not quite ready to let, but are you interested to receive a couple of weeks rent? I will not mind the condition of the place, as long as it has two beds, a couple of chairs, and a kettle. Are you that close with your preparations yet?

If that is 600 pounds a month, it is way too much! You used to be able to rent one of those apartments for 300tl/month. Surely they can't be more than about 200/250 pounds a month now?? 600 will rent you a huge villa with a pool, won't it?
