have someone who might be interested, but would like to know maintenance fees, and if it has lets, are there admin fees presuming that Medview are looking after - do you know?

Maintenance fees are a point of contention with all Medview sites!!!!
Standards are almost average though, so cheap at HALF the price

sounds a bit dear as medveiw prepared to sell same apartments at hilltop for over 10k less. bit of negociation needed perhaps

Pilgrim, we have apartments at Hilltop for 45k, prices tend to be higher at Sunrise as it is on the beach

You will note that the developers price for a 2 bed is in fact 10k higher.
The maintenance fees at Sunrise for this apartment are 990 + 16% KDV
This apartment is being sold fully furnished, so this also has to be taken into account, and also has bookings worth 2030 sterling up until September, and it is likely it will receive more for October.
Regarding property management, we tend to recommend a local company in Bogaz, who charge 40 sterling for a full clean, laundry change etc.

Hi all,
I agree with Hilltop, it is the high maintenance charges on all Medview sites that make people want to sell up. The quality of build is very good but once you have bought, it is a problem selling because nobody wants to pay these charges.

To look at site fees for this property another way....At 10K less than the developers price (and furnished to boot). Why not put the 10K in a TRNC bank account and use the interest to pay the site fees. Your 10K is always there (as long as you pick the right bank) and in effect you get free site fees.
