Flights Changes Pegasus

I have a party travelling in September with Pegasus from Stanstead to Ercan but have just noticed that they have to change at SABİHA GÖKÇEN from PC502 to PC216 so there is a 2.5 hr stopover . Anyone know the transit procedures at this airport ?

Keith Msg 1 - I suspect that they will need to leave the transit areas and that will mean that they would have to purchase Turkish Visa's, collect their baggage and check in is SAW - there was some information from Pegasus to agents on it in the recent past but that might have changed so I would like to check.

I am travelling Sept Stansted -Ercan via Sabiha Gokc and have just checked my tickets and it says nothing about change over.

Doreen Msg 3 -The flights will be on most days apart from Wednesday or Thursday. Your flights will most likely not have two flight numbers.

When you booked - di dyou select istanbul touchdown or via SABİHA GÖKÇEN ? if you select touchdown it means you do NOT have to leave the aircraft

Return flight is single flight with touch down so I presume outbound plane change is due to flight into ercan from istanbul being full at time of booking .

Thanks for the email I will also reply off board. By the way had you contacted us at IAH to make the booking we would have looked after you and if the group was more than 15 travellers you might have got a very good group rate (as others could tell you).

Thanks Tom . We booked our flights last September at a very cheap rate, I think about £89 each , but the others have booked recently hence the problem . I will bear in mind your offer for next years bookings , thanks again foe your input .
