my friend wants to let this villa (furnished and very smart)and is prepared to let very cheap to the right tenant who will look after the villa & gardens nicely..( great previous tenant ,went back uk medical)

the other villa is short term holiday rental at Alagadi. it is beautiful and is is in a fantastic location 3 beds 2 bathroom overlooking the sea and the turtle sanctury . Cheap prices ...STARTING £250/WEEK... febuary& march(feb is booked out) call me 0533 8499471

The other Villa in esentepe (long term rental)is another great location overlooking sea, own pool , secluded,luxury kitchen and apliances .. could be let furnished or un furnished.. most importantly for the right tenant (someone who will look after the place ) the rent could be very cheap..

lovely shape ,open fieplace, big kitchen , utility room , i ensuite sh/room ,1 main bathroom , 1 cloakroom/ shower room.great fruit trees and low maintenance gardens, pool and terraces overlook the sea ..

different villas ..one at alagadi is holiday rental £250/week for feb and april.. the one in this add is for esentepe normal electric and water. this villa is lovely and needs a nloving tenant to keep it nice.. cheap rental for the right tenant.. eager obviously not 250week for long term.. mellie i'll call you tomorrow sorry missed your message out for dinner right now...

Rosie it wouldnt be fair to rent long term with builders electric , unless at a rate that saves you the cost of the dearer electric.. the add last year i hadnt realised the electric cost being that much more.. so holiday rentals now . someone just left there after 10 days , using aircon to heat bedroom .. elec aprox 180 tl

i will do a fresh post for each villa.

1 holiday villa at alagadi is for holiday rental (weekly starting at £250/week)

2 villas at esentepe long term rentals .. looking for good tenants.. good deal available for right tenant etc.
