Is it snowing in Alagadi Beach today?

Checking the weather web cam for Alagadi Beach I find whiteness galore!



Pray tell me it is a dodgy satellite issue and that I really don't need to worry about packing my thermals.....3 days (and yes, most deffinitely counting!!) we will be in Sunny Esentepe (well I hope 'sunny' is correct!).

Well if its any consolation, its a Beautiful morning, peaceful except for the birds ,which i can handle the fragrance all around, it will be due to the sunlight that the pic is showing it white.

Depending on which way the wind's blowing, it's often snowing at Algadi beach - they're called 'Cypriot Snowflakes' - that's all the brown 'crud' spewing out of the Kibtec power station chimney!

or it could be hand wipes, tissues and all the other dross that the Sunday picnicers have left behind! They just never learn dreamy! Anyway, I can assure you - that big currant bun is still in the sky, although we have had a couple of April showers over the past week.
