My friend and neighbour has a 2-bedroomed, furnished, and she has lowered the price.

It is a really good bargain, but she is in England at present.

None, parcelisation has got scrapped as the developer is being sued by the constructor or something.

I'd provisionally sold mine but they wouldn't part with any money because of no kocan.

I think they are a good purchase price or were but the chances of selling seem remote and the high maintainance charges seem to be spent on finishing the place off and putting constructional faults something like right.

No-one seems to like talking about it in public tho', it's all secretive now...

Everyone who has bought, around 450 honest hard working people who wanted to live the dream were promised deeds, but yet again they were promised a lot of other things too, some have been re-sold I think but not sure how.

I showed a mate of mine around out there the other day and he quite liked it, and is interested in buying. Although he was in from Moscow, Russia.

Can those of you looking to sell a 2 or 3 room place with a view of the sea send the details to padraic.finucane@gmail.com

Well it's another new year and I wish to make a concerted effort to sell my apartment again and it appears that things may be easing in the NC property market.

Title deeds are nearly ready to be issued I have been told now by the vendor once they have finalised things with the architect and surveyor who parcelised.

It's 77sq mtrs sports zone two bed, two bath with all white goods, never been used and has been fully snagged.

I will take 37,500 for it if any one is looking to buy an apartment on Turtle bay Village.

Mail me on space2020@rocketmail.com and I can discuss further and arrange a viewing if neccesary.

Just a thought here, and I have one on Turquoise BTW. speaking to folks and reading all the posts on here over the yrs, I think we all shot ourselves in the foot a bit, and yep I heard all the arguments about promises made and finished sites and rip off MC's etc. but Turtle and Turquoise are looking like shabby run down council estates now and I cant help thinking what if ?

What if people had been a bit more patient, a bit more tolerant, a few less attacks on persons and character assassinations, what if ?

Some keen prices quoted but how much per month is the maintenance charge and when are they likely to be renewed?

It won an award yet message 34 states:

"looking like shabby run down council estates"

It should be pristine for £97 per month. That's day light robbery!

Says on the blog http://www.kensingtondevelopmentgroup.blogspot.com that TBV was awarded the best seafront development and pictures were posted showing fiona addington and yonel ekrem at the Rocks receiving awards.

Might be a marketing ruse?

I agree 450 or so apartments paying over £90 per month is a lot of income even if 10% or so are not currently paying. It concerns me that given these facts the place allegedly looks shabby, somethings not right...

Two bed apartments are £67 a month maintenance charge with a further £10 going into a community fund (or sinking fund). Not sure what three bedroom apartments are.

Our committee have been working hard and been doing the budget for 2012 with our on site management company and this year's fees for a two bedroom apartment have been reduced to £64 per month with no extra fees for community charge which is great news. I think three bedders will pay £74 or £77 - sorry can't be sure on correct figure for three bedders but I think we are all getting a £13 reduction per month.

Turquoise bay self run by a few hard working owners are running the site with just half of the apartments contributing .

Bearing in mind T/B has only been self run since Sept 2011 the latest statements show a a surplus, now if this can be achieved in just 6 months with just under half the site paying £59 per month think what will could be achieved, if a majority of owners contributed. Two pools are up and running and a full time gardener is employed. For anyone taking a peek please remember T/B was never finished by the developer and this project of being self run has only just got off the ground.

Those taking a peek have a really good look at the top pool area, a good indication of what the rest of the site would look like if a majority of owners contributing to the maintenance. I must stress some apartments have not got electric or just restricted

Use of electric supply so I understand why some owners are not contributing to the maintenance at this present time.

Great strides are being made to assist these owners on getting electric so these owners I feel sure will then contribute.

Yeh I know where you're coming from but the whole thread is insincere in its cause, There was only one nibble from Ian Smith who never got back to me and nothing from the O.P. whatsoever even at such a low offered price.

Would someone swap me for a property anywhere else?
