I got and apartment in caesar and no changes to go over there. how to know the appartment is ok before send the money? how to get the key? how to pay the electricity bill if i dont have bank account there?how to get the legal peaper on mine name if i cannt signed them?....etc Cuz, I know, i look stupid but is my first time, i am virgin on this matters!!! any help will be very wellcome.

contact the agent or builder and ask for an update before you send you money. you can get a managment company or agent to look after your apartment and pay the bills. talk to your lawyer about anything that needs signing...

It might be a good idea to have snagging done by a qualified chartered surveyor, before you hand over your money.

What block have you bought in ? I have an apartment in Augustus and have just been to collect the keys !! Have you had your handover letter ? You will definately need to get a solicitor !!

We also bought in Claudia , don't worry...everything seems to be allright. On the website are there pictures available ( though not the most recent ) . If you bought in Claudia , is the rental income mentioned in the contract ? If it is , than you don't have to take care of the bill for electricity and water etc. If not , call or mail Jack, Valery or Roz ( jack@afifgroup.com, Valery@afikgroup.com or roz@afikgroup.com..I'm sure they will answer your questions.
