Hi ,

We are coming over to the resort in april , there are no flights from belgium to ercan so we booked flights to Larnaca. Can someone tell me how to drive from Larnaca to the resort ? Does somebody know where we can buy a good road map ( entire Cyprus )

Best coming by taxi and hiring car locally, perhaps at Salamis Hotel. Could arrange taxi if you want

Somebody knows, blocks Claudius and Claudia are ready. On last photo of a site it is visible that is not present. And I have received from the builder term on payment till February, 24th. Prompt, who knows! Thankful in advance.

The developer does not demand final payment until they have keys ready to be taken-over. You can bet that if they asked for final payment then your flat is ready. Don't rely on historic pictures, this place is going up very quickly on a 7 day a week basis. Phase 1 is supposed to be complete by mid-March.

The site is progressing very well, I was there today (was away for 2 days) and I couldn't believe the changes to the communal building.
