| Which one should I pick and why? Not looking to buy but sell! If any of you Estate Agents out there are reading this..offer me a good deal and I maybe interested....better be good though! |

| We found Landmark Estates to be very good. They are in Karakum now in new office. Ask for Sandra or Sharon - both excellent. |

| Hi Sara Check out Donty on this baord as I think he is in the E/A game. And the more help you get in your research the better so I think it would be worth following the thread "Why are Estate Agents fees so high" as there is some excellent free advice and as suggested above Ian Smith comes out well thought of, with lower fees etc, and Donty seems to know his subject.
