| Last year we had the chance to pay 0.5% to have our sale agreement stamped. Do we now have to pay a fee to tranfer the Title (Deeds/Kocan) from the owner into our names? Is it only for the house area or the plot size and how much will it cost. Thank you. |

| You will have to pay 3% purchases tax if this is your first purchase and if the house is new 5% vat if not already paid. Your solicitor will be able to tell you the exact amount as they are changing the rules continously but I think that it is now based on the contract price. |

| Currunt transfer fee is 0.75% based on sale price of property and land. |
