You cant beat the Seres hotel, walking distance to everything of importance, 4 star (euro rating), they will do airport transfer too. Great rooftop restaurant and free fruit basket and wine.

two minutes to bazaar, one minute to topkapi, 5 minutes to ferry boats and 5 minutes to St. Sophia.

By the way, it is very cold over there right now (off season) so dont forget warm clothing.
