Problems with receiving photo's from a MAC

Does anyone else have the same problem?



I have had photo's sent to me from several people that use MAC's, but I am never able to view the photo's.



All I get are thousands of random characters in the body of the email, looks like my machine is converting the photo in some way.



I use a standard PC and use Orange email account, which I guess might be some of the problem.



Anyone....

McSteviet: You could start to ask the Mac-users to send pics "PC friendly". Although there are more possibilities to read fuiles (pics) PC <-> Mac. I'll be pleased to help you. (PS. Indeed, I'm a Mac-user and familiar with PC <-> Mac problems). - HD

Sounds like it's a known problem, I'll get someone to do that, but as a non Mac user, I wouldn't know you could send "PC Friendly" Pics.

Hi there,

If you friend is sending you files from a mac, they maybe sending them as a 'png'

Alot of pc's have trouble with these files.



Ask your friend to send them as a jpeg, and you should be ok.



(or buy a mac, they are a million times better )
