It is a more traditional style property with established gardens, private skimmer pool, a seperate annex used as an office/music studio, long driveway (2/3 cars), no other building work in the immediate vicinity (nor is there likely to be), 5 minutes walk to the sea.



A nice feature of this bungalow is it is not open plan. The kitchen is self contained, and the sitting room and dining areas are seperated by an archway. We will be leaving some furnishings and all white goods, light fittings and curtains. The sitting room and all the bedrooms all have air conditioning which is up to date with it's servicing. As the area is well established, the infrastructure is excellent - roads, pavements, streetlights all in good order!



We have not yet received our PTP as we only purchased a year ago, but the deeds exist and are being looked after by a reputable advocate in Girne. We bought from a Cypriot lady so no builders were involved.

Yes we did get you email, and really liked the villa! just a couple of questions, What kind of deeds does the property have? Is there any issues with the ptp on this property, And the most obvious question.. is there any chance of viewing the property when i come over to Northern Cyprus in two weeks time?

Yes you can view and no there are no PTP issues. The deed is esdeger. I have a copy of the deeds.

Saw your villa from the out side whilst i was over there but unfortunately forgot your number. tried twice but to no avail and when i knocked your dog didnt sound too impressed (just doing his job!!) but it looks really good and way bigger than the pictures put across.
