Greetings

How long is Turkish Transit Visa valid for? On entry to TRNC as a visitor, I will be allowed three-month stay. On normal visas there is a validity date before which you have to make a entry to your destined country otherwise your visa will just expire. Is there also some kind of validity date for Turkish Transit Visa?

Is there any Pakistani here who has visited TRNC?

Thank you.

Hi

Thank you for the information. By the way, how can Jashan's Restaurant help me? I want to visit TRNC, not to work there.

When we have visited Turkey the visa is valid for 3 months from date of entry - that's on British Passports, don't know if it's different for other nationalities. Cost was £10 per person last year.

Hi Hippo,

''90 days or 3 months'', that's not a big difference!

Yes, you are correct. But one can always check one's passport for the expiry date of visa.

Best wishes

I meant for the turkisk entry visa Mike, I have never tried for direct to Ercan, too much time to wait at Istanbul.

OK my wife has a Kyrgyz passport and they have a deal with Turkey she gets a different deal to us too, thought it was at Ercan I stand corrected.

We had a 9 hour layover coming out they provided us with a Hotel room I had to pay £10 but my wife did not have to pay nor did she get her passport stamped...

We had 7 hours but we got the visa, took the metro to the 3rd stop and went for a walk about the shops for a few hours. I think there is a shopping mall there somewhere, could be the first stop on the metro but we didn't bother going this time. Probably will try it next time as it will be a bit hot wandering around outside.

It was definately worth getting the visa though, not to mention the fact that I could go for a cigarette which i didn't find anywhere you could if you where in transit.
