Apparently, something to the following effect was broadcast over the village mosque tannoy and put in local papers, all in Turkish of course. Actual bills were never issued as no system is in place to do so. Pay at Muhktar's office.

Important Notice

Regarding

Payment of Water Bills



The village (Ozankoy) has joined Girne Belediye and therefore there is a change in the structure of the billing system within the village. Water bills will now be issued monthly and the yearly rubbish and rates will now be divided over 12 months and will be included on every water bill.

January and February water bills have been divided into separate bills.



The first bill must be paid before 22nd March – the second bill by the 3rd April.



If bills are not paid by these dates, you will be charged for late payment.





2009 Property Tax can be paid as of 1st April 2009 at Belidiye Office (Emlak Bürosu) situated next to the Girne Police Station opposite the Wednesday Market.
