I can well believe all the above, I used to work as a holiday rep here in Cyprus and we received a 4 page letter of complaint because the self catering accommodation did not have jelly moulds in it and her husand loved jelly so her suitcase was full of the stuff, she accused the apartments of not being fully equipped.. Personally think there was more to it myself.........

Well I have to say I have howled with laughter at some of the the complaints for their sheer stupidity. Some people could argue in an empty room.



I wonder what the wife felt like who was married to the of man who was dismayed to have to compare his certain physical attributes to that of an elephant?
