hi alcozaso.

we have brought at aphrodite the site is not finished yet but the build quality looks very good,the beach area should be ok when they finish clearing the stones and put the groynes out in the water.

guzelyurt is a quiet area at the moment but that is what we wanted rather than the more built up areas,this part of nc is supposed to be the up and coming area in the next few years,the site is set in a lovley bay with views to the troodos mountains and great sea views,so the best of both worlds in our opinion,there are some great little coves in the area as well as some lovley restaurants but you will need a car to get around.

hope this helps we are sure you wont be dissapointed if you buy there,when the site is complete it will be a great place hopefully when phase 2 is built with the water sports facillitys it will be even better.

Aphrodite do good quality builds. Guzelyurt is a lovely area, not as touristy as the west but the town centre is lovely and clean with lovely sweeping bays and nice restaurants dotted along this coast.

The Aphrodite site at Guzelyurt is built by Evergreen I believe ? Aphrodite builders construct mainly around Karsiyaka and yes - they are good builders



One advantage of Guzelyurt is that you do have the CMC Golf Club within about 1 mile. Which if you like golf - is good. No social life to speak of at this club though.
