can't help but feel that the EU Courts have let down The North and the only protection is now to be a State of Turkey, what do you guys think?

I know a lot of land is also owned by Turkish Cypriots so why dont they launch legal action ie for the Airport that would certainly give a good gossip in the media.

I have thought for a while that this would become a state of Turkey whether that be good or bad.
