I would like to introduce myself i am the new owner of a Rental Company in North Cyprus named ES Rentals my Office is based in Catalkoy near Malpas Hotel and i wish to hear from all LandLords who wish to Rent their property on a longterm basis or Holiday rental basis through a good reliable company and wether you are in the country or not you can always be a peace that your property is being cared for as if it were my own, we also like the Landlords to be involved and have their say in want kind of tennants you prefer. Hi

I am looking for a modest low cost property for rental until my house is completed (who knows when?). I wish to rent a property around the Kyrenia area east or west. We are pensioners (so no wild parties) I have a dog who is very well trained and I too am well trained in cleaning up after him. He is a family pet, English Springer Spaniel, 10 years old, so well settled in his ways (just like the old man???)

On long term rental would you consider to work together with other agency and share commission?
