We were out in early April and it looked as though the basic structure was almost finished and finishings were underway. Not familiar with the speed and efficiency of local builders (I am sure there will be lots of comment from those with first hand experience LOL) but for what it is worth IMHO they are still 4-6 months from completion.

Hi, Firstly, the work currently under construction is not a hotel, it's golf apartments which will be used to house golf tourists from the Autumn. The apartments are due to finish in July and are on schedule.

Coffer , when we were last at the golf club , the waiter said it would be a hotel , strange !!!!!

I had a meeting with the owners daughter, deff a hotel with them wanting it completed in July. The appartments have not started, designs are just being completed with work starting shortly

there are 62 appartments and a very nice pool built opening july
