Yes, we are an estate agent. We have English on this same site that have their PTP . This can be proved to an serious buyers. We also have other Turkish Title deed properties for sale in our area and the kocan (deeds) are in English buyers names.

In December 2008 the Council of ministers sent a letter to all advocates informing them that they would not approve any PTP for pre 1974 Turkish Title property or land for Foreign buyers.



It has took 7 months for the estate agents to start acting on this....



My advocate gave me this info in Dec 2008 when I was looking at pre 74 properties ps only trying to save people from more shitt !!!please not english shafting english ...
