I was wandering if anybody on ht e forum is aware of a bookshop, north or south, where children books for Key stage 1 and 2 are sold

You could try Deniz Plaza in Girne, near the fountain roundabout on the main road - if they don't have it in stock, they can usually order... or... there is one in the south called Solonion. Here is the link to their home page which gives directions etc... It's not far from the first roundabout you get to when you cross the border... the one with the big circles on it...!
