The plot size is approx 1050 sq.m.

The covered living area is approx 200 sq.m. plus a front terrace of approx 22 sq.m., a roof terrace of approx 24sq.m. and covered car parking of approx 24 sq.m.

Although the property is in a fairly secluded location, you can in fact walk to the main road and bus stop in no more than 3 or 4 minutes. Supermarket is same distance.
