...if anyone thinks that for one minute that they will get any kind of mortgage... forget it! most that have offered mortgages to date are simply scams! to date there have been many...you pay your application money then your application is unsuccesful...the polite way of saying we have your money now go away...so you lose your applicatıon money usually around 800 to 1000 stg! The same goes for so called Insurance cover to protect you from undue claims from previous land owners... you pay your money but what are you really covered for... when you look at the small print nothing, and the way you have to so call claim... is unrealistıc... so beware!!!!! ...very aware!!!!
