I dont know if it's dogs to blame but we've had the odd sandal, trainer etc go missing from outside the house, the other night was the second sandal of mine that went missing both right foot as well so I can't even make a pair with what I'm left with, and to make it worse they were both clarkes, decent ones as well, then last night my sons shoe went missing, so today we had to go shoe shopping, needless to say we'll be keeping them indoors from now on, has this happened to anyone else in TRNC ?

tattlad - you'd have thought they/it could have taken a pair!! Keep your eye out for one legged people (wearing a Clarke's sandal).

an old boy in our village had a wayward dog, he use to steal the odd shoe and take them home. the old guy would get up in the morning and try and return the shoes to the owners. he had a collection of odd shoes at his house, he wouldn't throw them, he knew at some point the owner would come forward.

ha ha very good Cooper, Smithy, I have no neighbors and it's pitch black out there so I don't give a monkey's about shoes lying around outside, only when they go missing.

Hi Phil Yes it happened for me as well. Found the shoes in my neighbours garden/in the street, later. It is a dog, climbing the walls to my garden; hungry, taged, belonging to no one, so looking for food. But also playful (not very old). banjo
