Hello YRTRNC, My appologies, i have been corrected the location is the Karpaz peninsular not Dip Karpas.

It is located on the coast if you look at map, it is located between Mehmetcik and Dipkarpaz.

Hello Fred8, Yes i agree it has the best beach in north cyprus, love it when the dolphins are there with their babies, As you drive through Taslica you turn right to beach, There are 4 new villas overlooking the lower land area and beach, The land is that stretch parallel to the beach, Has the WOW factor. I will obtain a copy of the registration kocan document, and check title. Can always forward photos and copies of documentation if required. The land has been the families since 74. Hello I have asked and as far as i can tell the land is:-

TRNC TMD Title

This is the title for land given to Turkish Cypriots for military or government service, or to Turkish settlers to encourage economic growth in certain parts of the North, after 1974. Hope this helps.

Hi, the land was valued over a year ago at £15,000 per donum. We are looking at £12,000 ono. How much land are you looking for as we do have a seperate 1 donum plot. If you are interested in a plot over 1 donum we could talk in person after you have seen the land, Maybe a meeting in person would be better. I must say sorry to all, i have been off my feet as i hurt my back, I have been in extreme pain, The pics we had have been lost as the memory card snapped in half taking it out of the camera. I will as soon as possible go and take new pictures of the land and post the individual plots that are for sale. AGAIN I AM SORRY FOR DELAY
