Hi All,



Just looking for some advice really my previous solicitor applied for my permission to purchase nearly 2 years ago but never informed me of my application number, he then became a circuit Judge and stopped responding to any e-mails that I sent.



All is fine as I now have a new solicitor but she has told me to make a new application I diidnt really want to take this route as my applcation should nearly be approved.



I have spoken with Marian from the homebuyers pressure group and she kindly looked into the matter for me she found out that indeed the application had been lodged and she was waiting for the permission to purchase office to come back to her with an update this was some 2 weeks ago I have tried numerous times to contact marian but she does not respond she may be away I dont no.



Can anyone advise if I can find out myself how my application is going without a ref number any advise will be gladly received as getting a little frustrated.

Ivan just ring them up and tell them you're name , that is what i did .

Thanks Lemtich phoned them today but did not get anywere due to language barrier I will have to think of another idea.

I had exactly the same so i had to speak slowly gave them my number first then my name , if you are patient you will get there it took about 20 minutes but it was worth it to hear the words yes it has come through

The problem is I dont have my application number you see as I said in my post my old solicitor became a circuit Judge and just stopped answering my e-mails I know my application is in as Marian Stokes visited the office in Lefkosa and was told she would be informed in the next few weeks how my appliction is doing but now I cant get hold of Marian seems like an endless circle at the moment but I am a die hard and will plug on.

I applied for my PTP in November 2005 and still waiting.
