| Would it be an idea to rent your property to prospective purchasers while they aquire the ptp on your property prior to the sale going through, that way there is a 'no risk' element to the purchaser. I for one would find that very appealing and creates a trusted sales process and might get the market moving a bit more. That is taking for granted that PTP are being processed at all for foriegn purchasers. |

| when we purchased our house we didn't worry about the ptp thing so much. we purchased from other expats who had already been granted theirs. hence unless you have a criminal record you shouldn't have anything to worry about, doing it this way. buy from a expat who has a kochan in their name. |
