Would it be an idea to rent your property to prospective purchasers while they aquire the ptp on your property prior to the sale going through, that way there is a 'no risk' element to the purchaser.



I for one would find that very appealing and creates a trusted sales process and might get the market moving a bit more.



That is taking for granted that PTP are being processed at all for foriegn purchasers.

when we purchased our house we didn't worry about the ptp thing so much.

we purchased from other expats who had already been granted theirs.

hence unless you have a criminal record you shouldn't have anything to worry about, doing it this way.

buy from a expat who has a kochan in their name.
