Judging by the information in the picture gallery/list of properties available, several have been purchased so there must be other buyers out there.



Did you buy via the property exhibition? Did you use an independent lawyer or one recommended by the developers?

i bought the property through palm group estate agents who i cant seem to get in contact with either. dont even know the owners name but the guy i was paying the money to was called izi argaman who was the marketing manager for the company,and he also is unreachable????

No I haven't bought there, just if you look at the link posted by bradus and click on the picture of the london property show two guys are standing next to a poster that also has Troylake next to it. Could of course be a seperate poster for troylake and nothing to do with your site though hard to tell for sure.

What are Palm Group Estate agents saying about this development? I notice they are still being advertised on their web site. Are they not a British group, so can you not contact them to discuss this? What is your advocate also advising? Have you contacted the Home Buyers Pressure Group?

Who exactly have you been sending your money to? Is it the above estate agent or the developer or your advocate? In other words has it been paid in England or in the TRNC?



Don't pay any more until you actually SEE that the development is ready for completion.

80% payment is far too much to have paid if it has not even been started on yet.

Good luck trying to trace the developers.

we went to see this development two years ago . at the time the show house was being built , but what put me off was only one old guy and what i guess was his son working on it. we was shown round by a rep from a uk based company called HOT PROPERTIES TURKEY from warrington cheshire.

it was a none starter for us from the second we saw it.

we have scince visited it three times when over just curious to see how its going, last two times no change just the show house built and not a soul in sight

I WAS TRANSFERRING MONEY TO PALM GROUP TO START, THEN AFTER A WHILE IT WAS CHANGED AND ALL TRANSFERRED OVER, ALONG WITH ALL FURTHER PAYMENTS TO (IZY ARGAMAN)WHO WAS THE GUY IN PLACE FOR THE DEVELOPERS (EDENBYTHESEA). BUT HE SEEMS TO HAVE GONE MISSING. SO MONEY WAS ALL PAID IN TO TRNC. I WAS BUYING 2 BED PENTHOUSE AND HAVE PAID 49K 0F 60K. STARTED PAYING APRIL 2007 AND THEY HAVE NOT LAID A BRICK AND I CANT EVEN TRACE THE DEVELOPERS. MY ADVOCATE IN CYPRUS IS ADVISING TO TAKE THEM TO COURT. I HAVE EMAILED MARIAN AT HBPG AND AM CURRENTLY WAITING A REPLY. GOOD LUCK I THINK I WILL NEED IT THANKS

If it is possible go to the HBPG meeting on Tuesdays at the Pia Bella and give Marian all the facts. If not possible keep E-mailing until you get a reply. Can you do a search with Company House (English Company) to see if this company has gone bust? Search under both Blue Eden, Directors name and the Estate Agents.

Did you have a contract and was it registered?

hotproperties turkey still have active website but no mention of north cyprus. this guy izy rang me from this warrington company himself while he was visiting the uk to confirm a visit to eden by the see while we were hollidaying in the trnc
