Does anyone know please whether the period of reduced title transfer tax is being extended again? I understood it might be but there is nothing on the hbpg site yet.

Pipie,

cooper,

you're right and also very funny.

However, I get very iritated when people who DO NOT KNOW the answer come on here and post a "hearsay" answer with no evidence to back it up. It only helps to start or perpetuate rumours.

Keep up your informative posts, and your humour.

Regards,

Ozbey.

How i have heard is that we are in the process of deeds transfer , it has been indicated that this will be extended this would be favour for us all on the compex to gain our transfers at a reduced rate ,regarding the time factor , so in a nutshell I have heard it from our developer , but as i have said confirmation from ministers would be good clarification . Have a good day Ozbey sounds like you need one !!!

I've heard the same but any announcement usually comes right at the end of the current period! Let's face it they desparately need any taxes they can get!!

Here we go again.

Molly, who did you hear it from?

Pipie heard it from her developer - no doubt a very trustworth source and worth repeating!
