| Does anyone know please whether the period of reduced title transfer tax is being extended again? I understood it might be but there is nothing on the hbpg site yet. |

| Heard it has been extended to DEC 09 , but like everything else nedds to be confirmed !!!! |

However, I get very iritated when people who DO NOT KNOW the answer come on here and post a "hearsay" answer with no evidence to back it up. It only helps to start or perpetuate rumours.

| How i have heard is that we are in the process of deeds transfer , it has been indicated that this will be extended this would be favour for us all on the compex to gain our transfers at a reduced rate ,regarding the time factor , so in a nutshell I have heard it from our developer , but as i have said confirmation from ministers would be good clarification . | The best person to ask i would of thought is you solicitor i would not trust a developer for that info. |
