Taxi from Nicosia to Limassol

Hi thank you all of your help last week and we found our way 2 Limassol quite easily, unfortunatly we got a bit lost in Limassol thanks to wrong directions given from a not so friendly local, but after a few tantrums we got there in the end.



Now this week, i need some help getting somebody from Limassol to Nicosia on Saturday. I have looked at the bus times and there seems to be plenty travelling from Limassol in the morning which is good but none leaving Nicosia to Limassol. Does anybody know if it would be cheaper to book a Greek taxi back to Limassol as i can drive to the border? Or does anybody have any other helpful suggestions?

Normally in the major towns there are specific ranks for the Service Taxis you just turn up and when the a taxi is full away they go. The cost is only a few euros

I would say it would be EXTREMELY expensive to hire a taxi from Greece, and they would get lost trying to find any "border"..





Did you mention "border" rather than crossing point?

Thanks for the offer mmmmmm but i think it will be cheaper for him to use one of the service taxis and no i didnt get past asking if they spoke English before they put the phone down on me. I did however, call back and they were more than helpful.

Travel Express ARE a Service taxi firm..



Normally you can just book 'em an hour of so before, and they will pick you up - if you aren't too far off the "route" ;)
