Hi all,

Just returned back to sunny Hull after spending two weeks in our new apartment in Esentepe.The apartment did exactly what it said on the tin and would like to congratulate Carrington on the build and the complex.The apartment was finished months ahead of schedule,and we are over the moon with it.



I have read so many horror stories on here regarding some poor people where everything has seemed to go wrong for them and feel that we are one of the lucky ones.We signed up with Carringtons in 2007 and everything that they have said they would do they have delivered,and we cannot fault them.I have also just received an e mail from our advocate to say that we also now have the title deeds and the property is legally ours.I just felt that it was right to post some good comments about developers on here as all we seem to here are bad ones,

Brilliant post Paul thankyou . Carringtons have a good reputation and if they can do it and get it right maybe a few of these developers who cannot get things right take a leaf out of there book , so pleased for you well done . Have you got your maintenance company in situ ? if so who is it ? cheers

But glad to see everything has worked out well for you mate.



Just back to see the Tigers get stuffed again, big style...........not much longer for the premier league if they don't stop the rot soon.

Carringtons is the Brain child of Bryn Lewis and Sukru Karakaya and not a swedish conpany, They are a very strong company and very proud one. Why not pop down to the site and have a look or give me a call and i will be more than happy to help as much as can, before the question is asked i am proud to work for Carrington especially when you get positive feedback!!

Good for you to work for such a professional company . This is a breath of fresh air to TRNC JUST shows that projects can be built /finished on time and icing on the cake the most important professinal on going maintenance to boot . Well done .

I certanly will be popping down to take a peek . May I suggest some of these so called builder/developers who read this forum take a peek also , not only could you learn a thing or two about the importance of finishing your sites but customer service as well . It is just shocking the way these so called builder/developer are leaving these sites !!!THINK ON RIP OFF MERCHANTS .
