| It opened early last year. Looking at booking Xmas there but can't remember the name of the place.

| Dont know actually, never been.
Are there that many new hotels there.
Looking for somewhere that does the Xmas 3 day package, and just heard that this hotal was one of the newer and better ones.
Cannot remember the name for life of me. |

| Think you mean the Kaya Artemis Hotel in Bafra.
Very new and five star rating. Looks a bit like a Las Vegas hotel! |

| there are 2 newish hotels i viewed on monday this week .
both at dirkapasia village (sorry if name not corect) small bungalow type holdings on the way to the "oasis"

| How about the Arch houses in Dipkarpaz? Could that be the place. Its not actually new but a refurbish and hasn't been finished very long, only a couple of years.

| I feel Kaya artimis only place suitable for 3 day christmas break , others have either little or no extra facilities , i.e indoor pool, spa, games room,entertainment or top quality restaurant.
But if you just want to walk or sit on balcony Malibu good choice. |
