I think you will have to increase your budget for a 3 bedroom Turkish title deed apartment to £70000 minimum. I know where there are two for sale and are both going for £75000 fully furnished on a lovely complex

To be truthful I think your budget is unrealistic for pre 74 Turkish Title unless you are willing to purchase something small, needing renovation in a not so nice position.

Try scanning the estate agent sites that allow you to look for pre 74 only (land mark and Ian Smith etc )

This might give you some idea of the prices being asked. Having said that the market is slowing down so you could make offers and see what happens. If the seller is desperate to leave the TRNC then you might get a real bargain.

Good Luck.

Hi,

We are the developers of a unique Turkish title 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment complex in Ozankoy, on the immediate outskirts of Girne. It is a traditional Turkish Han in design. Materials are natural stone and wood. Includes a large communal pool and is located on a beautiful spot just adjacent to the old village of Ozankoy.

It's about a 3 minute drive from there into town. If you'd like to view this very special complex, you can look it up on Facebook under the username: Kazafana Ozankoy.

Please let me know if any further information is necessary.

Regards.
