if you have never been to bar 11 it is worth a visit it is like being in a god old english country pub, being a man with young kids the childrens play area is exiting and child friendly with lots of sand 2 trampolines bouncy castle and an enclosed ball park for the very little ones all set in well manicured gardens, the music is great the food is top quality and cheap and you dont get ripped on the beer prices (3 ytl for draft efes or carlsberg ) because it is attached to catalkoy football club you get to watch the game when the team are playing at home they have a very big stage outside where live entertainment is provided and last thursday was their first bingo night which turned out to be a huge success which didnt surprise me when the prize money totalled 1750 ytl over 3 games monday they have a killer pool competion which attracts a lot of people, friday is karaoke and last night was very busy with a lot of budding singers taking to the stage, the sunday roast is the best i have had on the island and ive had a few over the last 18 months and for 18 ytl it doesnt break the bank ( advisable to book if you want one ) we have met a lot of nice people over the last couple of months and the atmosphere is so relaxing and most importantly the kids are safe

Why can't Bar 11 be more like its neighbour, The Fez, and be closed by midnight?



Some of the neighbours of Bar 11 goto work on Saturday mornings and the whaling and screeching of Karaoke singers, or indeed Elvis, is not appreciated at 1am in the morning.

I have been their 2 times, but i will never go again, feel sorry for the tourists and families with children, that walk into this Bar as it is well known for having a punch up and i have found that the Locals using this Bar being are very Abusive to fellow customers. On My First Vist the Owner and Manager’s were having a rufty, tufty on the Opening Night!!! like a Scene for a western movie without Guns being shot !!!, I said i give it anouther go, So on My Second Vist went their with a Turkish family and we could not believe the Amount of Abusive Language that was used by the customers getting pissed on the beer, i felt shamed that i was English and to make matters worse they must have the Most Dirtiest Toilets on the Island.

I think your comments are way out of order, I frequent the Bar11 occasionally and to date I have not met anyone who was loud and nasty, neither do I class myself as that either.

Reading between the lines I can assume you have not visited the establishment how can you possibly make an unfounded statement like that.



I think we know who is, if not loud, certainly nasty.



I sympathise with the noise problem but let those who are affected by it sort it out themselves, it does not need your insulting remarks, they can only make it worse.

i cant think of which toilet you may have used unless it was the outside ones which are under the control of the football club and used by the general public t5he ones inside the bar have a fully automated air freshener system built in and are checked every hour to make sure they are up to the standards we would all expect

I go to Bar11 frequently, I have never seen any behaviour from any English or the locals that I would class as loud or nasty. The people that work and play at Bar11 are all very nice people and would do anything to help anyone.

The waiters are always there to help out with whatever you want.

I would hope people would try this bar out for themselves and not take what everyone says on this forum to heart without seeing it firsthand. It does not deserve the bad reputation that it seems to be getting.

I find the toilets cleaner than a few I have used in other bars local to catalkoy which I will not name.

Like I said, I enjoy this place as I am sure there are many others out there that do too.

Went in here myself persinally not 4 me, like traditional better
