Read with interest in Cyprus Today today that vaccinations were available to qualifiying patients at Girne hospital! does anyone know whether this applies only to Turkish Cypriots? and are British temperory resident eligible?

For anyone interested I went along to Girne Hospital today, showed them some documentation regarding my health (I have Breathing problems) saw me right then and there and within 5 minutes I had received my vaccination against Swine Flu, and guess what - No charge! well done TRNC

There were so many lining up at the Hospital today in Lefkosa for the swine flu Injection

Nearly everyone there had a mask on, makes you wonder

slightly off topic but slightly related to post 2. I fell down some stairs last March and gashed my ear. Went to the hospital in Girne and they sorted me out totally free.
