At the Metahan Crossing today my TC driving licence was said to be invalid to renew the GC annual "road tax". I was told that they were European I was British and so European so needed to present my British driving licence despite the fact that I had used my TC one for 5 years! However they ALLOW TCs to use their TC licences as they felt sorry for them and wanted them to visit as they the GCs wanted a solution.(on who's terms I ask myself).

Just crossed the border today with my TC driving license.
