I'm puzzled. Doesn't the TRNC government give title deeds for 'exchange' properties? Isn't this the same thing but the GC side doing it?

I believe the GCs were hoping a decision on the Orams case would have been made by now so that issuing these deeds to the GCs squatting on TC land would not have influenced the judges. M6 is quiet on this, though.

i hope the Orams legal team or somebody from ECHR sees this!!Even someone from the UN or EU perhaps should be knocking on the door of the GC newspaper to find out the validity of these claims,because if true which i suspect it probably is,it makes a complete mockery of any of the GC claims of whats going on in the north,perhaps the TCs friend Lord Maginnes would like a copy of it too!
