Hi Sue saw your posting on here if you are still looking for a plot I have my villa built on a 3 donum plot and was thinking of selling off a donum of it or developing myself . it is at the Karsiyaka end of lapta on the mountain side of main road the elevated position gives some of the best all-round views for this area no chance of any building going in front of us as the ravine is in front of us. We have electricity to our villa so no problem with that and although we are reasonably secluded with very few buildings in this area we are only a few minutes from the main road and all amenities if interested send me a message but if you want to keep it private I will send you an email as well so you can reply if you wish

Hello and thankyou for your interest in my posting. I was, however, in all honesty testing the market and I have land myself in Karsiyaka (1.5donums) on the sea side which I have had for 7 years. I have absolutely no idea of its value and just wanted to see what was out there.



In all probability it will continue to sit there waiting for 'better days'. I got sick of waiting for the Kocan which took 6 years and now have no interest in building on it myself. However, the government made me come up with another name as they said I could not own the whole thing just in my name, anyway, I used my daughter's name and the government gave us 2 separate deeds for it so now will be allowed to build 2 houses not just one. Some compensation I suppose for losing the will to build our 'dream home' We now feel, 7 years on that we are too old to go down that route. Anyway, once again, thankyou

I might be interested as its just about in the location ive been looking for. are there any kocan issues and is there reasonable road access? Hopefully you are not requiring a quick sale as the earliest i can sort a deal would be April next year.
