Has anyone heard of or taken a policy out for "Title land Indemnity Insurance" or maybe known as "TRNC Deeds Legal Protection", i was looking for insurance for my apartment and on this site it recommends the above on one of the links.

Thanks if anyone can shed any light on the subject.

I remember there was a website for this a few years ago, but many said it was a fraud......



In light of the latest Orams verdict, there isn't an insurer that would be willing to take the risk.....
