does anyone no of a good letting agency,as we have been left with electric bill worth 210 GBP by a tennant called kamah which northshore found and let the tennent walk away without sorting this out,when we replyed to northshore all they said was there was only a agreement between us and the tennant and not us and northshore.they gave KAMAH (tennant)our bank details and let her pay this in when she wanted and did not even check to see why she was always late but still took there finders fee and 25GBP a month to do nothing.

Verda at Donaghy & Beyler manages my friend's apartment and she has no complaints. They collect rent, pay rental tax, deal with any problems, etc, and she is very picky about prospective tenants.

Hi,



I have used Tom at Unwins and very much like joandjelly say I have had no problems.



The rent is collected, taxes and 'maintenance' charges paid. One tenant did a midnight flit, but the deposit covered any bills left behind.



I would recommend Unwins (and Tom in particular).

Most of my neighbours use http://www.sunbeamsestate.com. All are very pleased with the service they have received. Tel no.(mob)0533 849 89 59. office 0392 822 39 10. Rent and bills paid on time. Periodic checks of property. Tax paid etc
