Since this course has already started can you tell me why you are still advertising it? Have you still got places left on the course and if so how does one 'catch up' on missed classes?

Well, because if it is a course held at a school/university where the pupil is already enrolled and paying fees, including enrollment fees, then technically he has already paid his enrollment fee for the course. Outsiders would have to pay an enrollment fee. That's the way it works in good ol' UK. Too!
