| Please can anyone tell us how soon we can apply to renew a passport before the current passport expires. From information in Cyprus Today recently we understand that from 31st May 2010 passports that need to be renewed will be sent to Madrid and the cost will also be increased. So, we are wondering if we could apply for renewal before 31st May 2010 when the passport does not expire until Feb 2011. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. |

| Mine expires in June (2010) and because I won't have 6mths left on it when I return to Cyprus I can get mine renewed early (I have been told) but I don't think you could qualify for a year in advance. You could try phoning the passport office ? |
