Doctor Recommendation needed for Gastric/Digestive problems

Does anyone have experience of a good Doctor, dealing with Gastric and Digestive problems. Suggestions would be most welcome.

I do believe there is a specialist hospital and clinic for the very same near to HSBC Girne... it's up the street on LHS just before HSBC as you come up through the town one way system into the two way.



Never been to this clinic so can't give any testimonial...

They have doctors and specialist for all sorts

My wife has been treated there. Had ultra sound within 5 mins of walking in to get an appointment and results 10 mins after that. Then some xrays with dyes and results the same day.

I agree with the above recommendation, hubby had severe bronchitis recently, he popped in there, got seen by a very good doc,had an xray, got prescription, and had 2 more follow up visits - all for 120 ish lira. The same problem a couple of years ago, and a visit to a private clinic - Dr Munir Huradin (I think) just past Astro - resulted in a total bill of 800 lira!!! I think that all Brits need to be aware that it is very easy to pay far too much for treatment. A Cypriot friend of ours took us to the Ozel clinic - very impressed. They are the same Doctors that work at the main hospital apparently. 24 hour service and they offer all kinds of tests and treatments.
