Thalassa owners need to look at this in your contract!!!

Just to make people aware that prior to signing thier contracts for thalassa its worth looking at the fact that a clause will be written in that the kensington development company will charge £500 on any resale, i realise selling isnt in the near future for most of us, but still a nasty dent in the pocket should you need to sell.

I have asked my solicitor to confirm this prior to signing contracts and it is still 500, am meeting with her in two weeks and also the developers, really going to fight to the hilt to get something in my contract to agree to a lower price. I have also asked for clarification from the developers of why they can charge this/justify that fee in the hope that this will aid our bargaining skills - here is hoping tho - suggest we all do the same if possible. The more who kick up a fuss the better as it will indicate that we are not all willing to be ripped off xx

I have 21 contacts for people buying at Thalassa,this sort of stuff needs feeding back to me,or people will miss it.I try in vain to get people to email me there address because not everyone regularly checks this site.

There is a £500 administration fee if you decide to re-sell your property whilst you are the contractual owner since we will still have the title in our name. Once you have the title deed in your name there will not be a charge as we will not need to be involved of any of the administration.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but you can count on one hand the amount of people who have there deeds on this forum so it looks like the ones who do want to sell on , (and this is possibel without deeds ) those of you who do will have to pay this penalty im afraid .
