Hi every one, I have emailed those of you interested in the trip. Please confirm asap. For those with hidden emails it M onday 17th May meet at the boat Sabrina 2 at the old harbour castle end at 10am. Weather permitting of course. It will be £18 per person children under 10 free please let me know how many of you are definitely coming. See you soon.

The initial response to my post was good about 17people wanted to come. I have to reserve the boat for a private trip or we can take pot luck on the day and hope we have enough room for whoever turns up. But i wont pay a deposit out of my own pocket if i dont get any more replies.

Welcome to NC and the C44 network Deniz1, organise something that everyone has guns and glory to support but when it comes to it, next to nobody shows, except of course in my case the press who ended up writing a report that made the idea look like it was shunned, not on purpose I might add, because It was true.



I think the moral to the story is, get the money first and then people might actually attend whan thay say they will.



Not really what you wanted to hear I know but then I got told the same thing by several people when it happened to me and unfortunately I ended up being 500TL out of pocket.

I hope you don't lose anything out of this,

Msg 7 i know what you mean when i first suggested it most of the folk who said yes were in the uk at the time so it was not possible to take deposits. Anyway we shall see.
