We have our case with TRNC propery commission coming up in 10 days and need someone registered to evaluate our plots.

the trnc property commission has offered us 15k euros for 10 donums and 1 large plot opposite the school in ziyamet, i think it may be worth more if we get an evaluation done or we will simply request restitution to obtain the deeds back and do something ourselves.



i have tried looking everywhere but some people dont want do this because they feel it may not be our land but we have the original title deeds pre 1974 and there in a bit of a state but really legible along with our id's.



Are there any registered land evaluators in the trnc?

If you feel that the offer made is too low. And restitution is an option, why not just go for that and then you can sell the land on the open market and offer for sale at the price you want?

thank you, I have tried many even busybees too but seem too busy to reply to my email, just saw their post needing staff. Anyone know of any estates agents that would do this and can do this asap please?
