I need to make an amendment to a flight booking. I dial the number specified and get a string of Turkish, It tells me, in a garbled fashion , to press "A" or "8" for English. Neither of then do! Please help me? I am normally considered quite a rational, intelligent person, but clearly I'm not when it comes to Pegasus help!!

And yes, I AM stressed, because it was me that mucked up the booking in the first place! How was I to know that there is A UK PUBLIC HOLIDAY. I need to do some business in England that week, and what I've booked will only leave me 3 days to do it!

The chap who sits on the Pegasus desk at Ercan is EXCELLENT.



A few weeks ago, My son in law was feeling so ill he couldnt get on the plane. (Had booked cheap non flex tickets) We appealed this guys better nature and Literally 2 mins before the gate closed he swopped their flights for some two days later...NO CHARGE!



Made up for 4 months of waiting for a refund for tickets bought online and the money taken 4 times!

Might be a drag over there but at least its sorted.

Yes I went there - they didn't book it, they said, so couldn't rebook it) They did very kindly give me the non-responding phone number, though!



I have decied I may have to walk to UK - weather is nice, after all, and it shouldn't take me much more than three years.....

When i was at home i had to call due to the Ash.so i understand how you feeling,I did get through eventually but had to hold forever for someone to speak English..It took sometime..but i was not going to give up.!! and yes i was angry half their customers are English.!! Keep trying and stay calm its not worth getting worked up over it will work eventually..Good Luck though.!!

We changed a booking that had been made in the UK at the office in Girne with no problem and no charge made.



I would go back to the office and tell them the number that they gave you is non responding.



There is little point of Pegasus having an office and employing staff when no one in it is prepared to help you. People must make changes to their flights all the time? Isn't that the reason why Pegasus make a charge for alterations?

pegasus offıce ıs a agent for pegasus dealıng wıth bookıngs made through the offıce and we are happy to change dates and do any ammendments possıble.



when the reservatıons made through the ınternet you are the call centres customer.

Last april, I went to Ercan airport to rebook flights. The guy at the desk did nothing, we had to contact te call center in Istanbul. Every time minimum 15' waiting time. In total it costed me 100,00 in telephone.

The agency in Girne, near HSBC, same scenario, notihing possile over there, we had to call Istanbul.

It has to be a Pegasus cop-out as the 'agency' only deals in Pegasus flights! Readily take your money but offer no customer-care or after-service, blaming Istanbul!

We must have been very lucky. Money was taken twice in April for our December flights. Customer service number was busy for a while due to the ash problem, but managed to get through and our money was refunded within a week! Have used Pegasus for about 3 years and would not consider changing (at the moment).

lıke i saıd ıf you choose to make reservatıon by flypgs.com then after you need to do any ammendements then the call centre ıs your agent. but ıf you come ınto the offıce ın Gırne ı can do my best to help ıf dates need changıng or book seat even ıf the orıgınal bookıng was by ınternet. Other querıes regardıng refunds -name changes ıs through ıstanbul .

Chris - no! After three days of frustration I gave up, and will stick with my original booking, even though I was daft enough not to notice there was an English Bank Holiday! Just means I shall have to do 6 days business in 3 days!



Oh well, I USED to have a brain......
