Heads up.



If anyone here has paid monies to Churchills Innovative Solutions or any other name that they trade under from the Isle of White in the UK to check the investment has been paid to the developers.



I have information that it looks like they are going or have gone bust.



I am actively chasing Mr. Goldthorpe for my monies but it is not looking good.

Just some of the developments that Chruchills were or are still marketing here.

If you have bought in any of the below resorts please check all is OK with your developer and that they have been paid your money if you paid Churchills.

It appears that we were the first of the British being scammed, but appears that there will be a long list following us, yet still they (with the help of the North Cyprus Gov) try to sell property of which a majority is built on mortgaged land (that why theres no kocans in a great deal of cases).



The place should by now carry a Government Health Warning

Cut from a private email.......he also has a studio flat being built in north cyprus, ceasars resort., and has paid 50% on it so far. to the developer is Jack Afylick



I dont want to smear anyone unintentianally but does anyone know Jack?

Does he know he is dealing with a possible theif?

Just kepping heads up for the honest folk.

My nipper works in the same office block as Churchills, they closed up some time back even though their website is still up and running. Their phone numbers are still working but no-one picks up.



Having said that, estate agents are dropping like flies in the UK right now.



Can't tell you more than that.

I only know what I posted. I am sure or at least hope that Jack is not involved in the what appears to be the demise of Churchills. He may just be a victim of the misfortunes of Mr. Goldthorpe as are many. If you know him well then he should be able to tell you his side of the storey. What concerns me apart from the fact that I am chasing him for traceability of my monies paid is that he is still actively marketing several developments here and also in other locations around the world and given the present situation with Churchills I would advise any potential investors to be very careful if they do choose to have Mr. Goldthorpe et al deal for them.

I know there are happy investors from a few years back who dealt successfully with Churchills but that was before the Estonia fiasco that ultimately contributed to Churchills likely downfall.

I am really sorry this has happened to you, I really hope that you get your money back, where were you going to buy ? I know Jack had stopped dealing with them, when I was last over in March. good luck :(

sorry to hear this skogsy. I had some early dealings with Churchills and thought they were quite sound. Seemed professional. Hope things get sorted for you.

Thanks. Like I said it was just a heads up for others. I am already in a villa in Esentepe bought via another agent with no problems. I was going ahead with a coupel of units at Caesars but not anymore. Along with others I am also chasing Churchills for allocations of my funds for other investments in other countries so we will see what happens.

No real probs for me but for the less fortunate it could hurt financailly.

i heard they were takeing money /deposits 1 week before the liquidation was posted, its not just northern cyprus you get ripped off

Is your information on this forum correct as you could be scare mongering when there is nothing wrong at all .

I have had no problems with churchills and have all the packages purchased and delivered on time with in the last week .

Im sorry to read what you have stated or do you have a axe to grind for some reason .

I dont have that email and I have been using them for many years so were did you get that email information from. All I know from my previous reply to you is I have had no problems and have all my investments signed seeled and delivered .
